At VTL Transport, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Consultant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to put your HR skills into practice while supporting a dynamic, people-driven industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration processes.
  • Assist with maintaining HR files, compliance, and documentation.
  • Partner with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth employee communication.
  • Provide support in handling employee relations, training coordination, and HR policies.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives that improve employee experience and workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience (any industry)
  • Minimum 6 months HR experience in transport/logistics
  • DEC or AEC in Human Resources Management (or related field)
  • Bilingual (French & English) – written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Team spirit, professionalism, and adaptability
  • Willingness to learn, be coached by the General Human Resources lead, and follow established HR protocols
