JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. Help coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
