HIRING: HR ASSISTANT

Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: ₦120,000 Monthly
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Ikeja. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Human Resources department, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative HR role.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll platforms) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Support payroll processing and manage time-off and attendance tracking.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and necessary documentation as required.
