Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking to strengthen our HR team. As a HR Assistant, you will support the full employee lifecycle, beginning with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting with job offers. You’ll also be instrumental in the onboarding process, ensuring smooth preboarding logistics, delivering orientation sessions, handling paperwork, setting up workstations, and serving as the initial point of contact for new hires.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the efficient management of the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews and assisting with background and reference checks.
  • Facilitate a smooth On-boarding process for new hires and manage all logistics including IT setup and workstation arrangements.
  • Identify training requirements and organise for same
  • Assist with the development of a Graduate Development Programme
  • Monthly reporting on staff numbers and holiday balance
  • Other requirements as requested
