Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a HR Assistant with Wren, you’ll support employees and the management team and you’ll work with colleagues in the HR team and your business area, to ensure the provision of a high quality and consistent HR service.
This position will be based at our Head Office at Barton-upon-Humber.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive HR support
- Accurately maintaining HR systems and HR databases
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across sites
- Providing comprehensive written and verbal ER advice
- Fully responsible for long term sick absent management cases informal and formal stages
- Creation and distribution of weekly/monthly reports within the HR team
- Delivery of ad hoc training with site managers
- Provide administrative support as well as note taking duties for the HR Advisor team when required
- Updating relevant paperwork and other ad hoc HR duties required of you
