  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience in collating and producing reports – including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Basic knowledge of UK employment law
  • Previous experience in either a HR related role

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a HR Assistant with Wren, you’ll support employees and the management team and you’ll work with colleagues in the HR team and your business area, to ensure the provision of a high quality and consistent HR service.
This position will be based at our Head Office at Barton-upon-Humber.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support
  • Accurately maintaining HR systems and HR databases
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across sites
  • Providing comprehensive written and verbal ER advice
  • Fully responsible for long term sick absent management cases informal and formal stages
  • Creation and distribution of weekly/monthly reports within the HR team
  • Delivery of ad hoc training with site managers
  • Provide administrative support as well as note taking duties for the HR Advisor team when required
  • Updating relevant paperwork and other ad hoc HR duties required of you
