Job Objective: The HR Associate is responsible for delivering timely and accurate HR administrative services for assigned sites, ensuring compliance with HR policies, supporting employee life-cycle processes, and maintaining high-quality employee data. The role ensures smooth preparation, processing, and documentation of employee movements, performance-related requirements, and employment records. Duties and Responsibilities: The HR Associate prepares Certificates of Employment and manages the monitoring and compliance of the Performance Appraisal Forms, including sending reminders, tracking submissions, and ensuring that all documents are properly filed. The role handles regularization requirements through the preparation of PANs, updating HRIS records, and routing documents for signatures and filing. It is also responsible for preparing Lateral Movement Notices, ensuring that these are properly processed and encoded in the HRIS. Overall, the analyst ensures that all employee documentation for assigned sites is accurate, updated, and compliant. Background and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
