VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our HR Shared Services team in Budapest. This role involves executing and managing a variety of HR administration processes with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. The individual will work independently on complex tasks and contribute to the delivery of high-quality HR services across multiple areas including recruitment, compensation, training, and personnel administration. What you will do Manage and operate assigned HR administration processes such as: Training organisation and language course coordination Cafeteria system operations, sales commission settlements, and stock plan activities Recognition programmes, salary review and bonus support, insurance administration Interview and assessment centre organisation, recruitment database maintenance Personnel administration and SAP HR data management Prepare and maintain accurate employee records and HR reports Support payroll with timely and correct data provision Contribute to the development of online, telephone, and email HR services Ensure compliance with SLAs, deadlines, and data accuracy standards Who you are Fluent in English; basic knowledge of an additional language is desirable Experience in HR or customer service preferred Proficient in MS Office and SAP HR systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset Culturally sensitive and team-oriented Not a Perfect Fit?
