Job Brief: The Human Resources Associate supports HR operations, fostering internal and external relationships, aiding in recruitment, onboarding, and record maintenance. Seeking a detail-oriented self-starter with strong people skills and proactive problem-solving abilities. Essential Function & Responsibilities: Provide administrative HR support in benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training, and onboarding. Manage recruiting tasks, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling. Serve as the primary contact for employment verifications. Maintain employee data integrity and confidentiality. Support HR compliance programs and company culture initiatives. Coordinate All-Company Townhall meetings. Minimum Qualifications: 0-2 years of administrative experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable. Ability to manage time, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with a positive attitude and work ethic. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in HR or related field. Familiarity with HRIS software and ATS platforms. Knowledge of employment law and regulations. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). Experience in event planning or coordination. Additional language proficiency is a plus. Location: This is a hybrid position. Our headquarters is based in Irvine, CA. Compensation: The role is paid at $25-30 per hour and is a fractional position expected to work 20-25 hours per week.
