HR Associate II Responsible for providing technical assistances and coordinates daily Human Resources program policies, plans, and objectives. • Applies in-depth knowledge of personnel programs, company policies and administrative procedures. • Researches, analyzes, and integrates data to provide information on employment or benefit programs. • Clarifies and interprets company guidelines for all employees. • Answers more complex questions from employees regarding employment programs. • Assists with recruiting, interviewing and selection of employees to entry-level, hourly positions. • Assists with the planning and conducts new employee orientation. • May conduct exit interviews. • May be required to present employment programs to employee. • Explains more complex aspects of Human Resources programs, such as, recruitment and placement, employee development, employee relations and services, and equal employment opportunity. • Ensures company policies, practices, and procedures are handled and is able to resolve nonstandard events. • May participate in organization of company-wide events (picnic, awards banquet, etc.). • Understands and meets or exceeds quality standards; seeks to minimize error rate. • Participates in continuous improvement efforts. Supports and helps to implement new ideas. • Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Education: • Minimum high school diploma, prefer some college. Experience: • Requires 2-3 years’ work experience in Human Resources. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Will perform functions that require intermediate language skills, basic math skills, and high attention to detail. • Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds • Must be able to function within a team environment.
