UNFOLD's busy HR department is seeking a driven HR Coordinator to join the team! As an HR Coordinator, you will assist HR/Recruiting team in day-to-day operations, helping manage employee records, onboarding, recruitment, training, and various administrative HR tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources, with an opportunity to learn about HR functions and gain hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, assisting in the sourcing and screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and helping ensure an overall positive candidate experience. Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and new hires are properly introduced to the company. Assist with offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and managing paperwork. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring they are accurate, confidential, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. HR Administrative Support: Assist with processing HR-related documentation, such as employee status changes, performance reviews, and benefits administration. Training Coordination: Help coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring employees are registered and materials are available. Assist with tracking training completion and certifications. Payroll and Benefits Assistance: Assist with payroll processing by collecting timesheets, entering data, and resolving any discrepancies. Help employees with benefits inquiries and ensure records are updated. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding basic HR-related questions or issues, escalating more complex concerns to senior HR staff. Compliance and Reporting: Support HR in ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations. Help prepare reports on various HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment statistics). Skills and Qualifications: Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is ideal. Skills: * 1-3 years of experience in a similar role * Digital Agency / Ad Agency experience is a huge plus! * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * Ability to successfully multi-task within a busy environment * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws (preferred, but not required) * Proficiency in Google/Microsoft (Excel, Word, Docs) * Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
