The HR Associate/Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, ensuring accurate record keeping, compliance with Ontario labour laws, and efficient day-to-day HR operations. This role assists in recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and general HR correspondence while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma or Degree).
  • 1–2 years of administrative or HR-related experience preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with ESA and OHSA requirements.
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
