As an HR Associate Workday, you will play a vital role within the People Operations team by delivering a consistent and positive employee experience in the Contractor Management process. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of People Operations, you will provide global support to contractors and managers, serving as the first point of contact to ensure individuals are system onboarded and ready to perform their assigned roles. You will collaborate with other teams and managers while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to managing start date needs, liaising with other teams as required, and a continuous commitment to driving process efficiency. Collaboration and teamwork are core values of this role.
