We are looking for an HR Automation Specialist to join our team. Job Description Administration and development of HiBob HRIS (must-have): feature implementation, customization, and change support; Execution of data migrations between HR systems with quality control; Management of integrations between HiBob and other internal/external systems (ATS, LMS, payroll, finance, communication tools); Support and development of other HR systems within the company; Participation in PeopleOps automation projects using AI solutions; Providing technical support to the HR team for system-related requests. Qualifications Proven experience with HiBob (mandatory); 3+ years of experience working with HRIS/HR Tech; Solid understanding of HR processes: onboarding, performance, compensation & benefits, time-off, reporting; Hands-on experience in managing integrations and data migrations; Familiarity with APIs, basic SQL, or other data processing tools is a plus; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; English - Upper-Intermediate+. Responsibilities

The HR Automation Specialist will be responsible for the administration and development of the HiBob HRIS, including feature implementation and customization. They will also manage data migrations and integrations between HR systems and provide technical support to the HR team.
