We are looking for an HR Automation Specialist to join our team. Job Description Administration and development of HiBob HRIS (must-have): feature implementation, customization, and change support; Execution of data migrations between HR systems with quality control; Management of integrations between HiBob and other internal/external systems (ATS, LMS, payroll, finance, communication tools); Support and development of other HR systems within the company; Participation in PeopleOps automation projects using AI solutions; Providing technical support to the HR team for system-related requests. Qualifications Proven experience with HiBob (mandatory); 3+ years of experience working with HRIS/HR Tech; Solid understanding of HR processes: onboarding, performance, compensation & benefits, time-off, reporting; Hands-on experience in managing integrations and data migrations; Familiarity with APIs, basic SQL, or other data processing tools is a plus; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; English - Upper-Intermediate+.
