We are seeking an experienced and people focused HR Benefits Partner to join our Human Resource Development team. This role is responsible for the effective administration and continuous improvement of our employee benefits portfolio, including medical and life insurance, pensions, statutory benefits, and recognition programs. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, liaise with service providers and statutory bodies, and ensure benefit programs are delivered accurately, compliantly, and with a strong customer‑service orientation. In addition to managing benefits operations, the role actively supports employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, contributing to staff events, recognition programs, and activities that enhance the overall employee experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including medical and life insurance, pensions, statutory benefits, and staff recognition initiatives Serve as the primary liaison with benefits providers, insurers, pension administrators, and statutory agencies Ensure accurate enrolment, amendments, terminations, and record‑keeping in line with company policy and legislation Process and monitor medical, maternity, injury, and other statutory benefit claims within required timelines Provide benefit‑related guidance and support to employees and managers Coordinate retirement, long‑service awards, scholarships, and other employee benefit programs Prepare and maintain benefits reports and data to support compliance and decision‑making Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including staff events, recognition programs, and internal HR activities Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in an HR or benefits administration role Experience working with statutory benefit agencies and insurers KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and statutory requirements High level of discretion and confidentiality Analytical attention to detail with strong record-keeping skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite and HR information systems Strong organizational and time-management abilities Service-oriented mindset with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders BENEFITS: An attractive remuneration and benefits package is being offered commensurate with the candidates’ experience.
