We are seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in the headquarters office location in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have the skills and experience necessary to: Provide customer service, clerical and administrative support for the corporate benefits areas Assist with efficient processing and tracking of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations. Prepare benefit documentation for new hires and current employees Maintain and enter benefits related information into Internet Enrollment Systems and ensures integrity of all submitted documents and data. Advise employees on questions and concerns regarding benefits processes and procedures. Produce reports as required. Act as an advocate for employees in benefit related matters. Who should apply? Experience in employee benefits, human resources or other directly related experience. Basic knowledge of departmental functions, benefits and/or human resources, PC's and customer service skills. Responsibilities
