JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Blue Colors Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Will also play a key role in employer branding and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Blue Colors Recruiter or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Contract length: 24 months
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and maintain accurate and compelling job descriptions for various positions.
  • Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  • Leverage multiple channels and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for the role.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive experience from application to onboarding.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and handle offer acceptance and rejection processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee background checks and pre-employment screenings as required.
  • Monitor and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, outcomes, and trends to management.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members on recruitment-related projects and initiatives.
