JOB OVERVIEW

The HR Business Analyst delivers data-driven insights and analytical support to improve HR operations and inform strategic decisions. Serving as a subject matter expert in analytics, this role is tasked with shaping the analytics strategy, defining and evaluating key HR metrics, identifying patterns, and proposing actionable solutions to strengthen employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning. Operating independently, the HR Business Analyst partners with cross-functional teams to design and execute HR initiatives that support the organization’s goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a HR Business Analyst role.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
  • Oversees and executes strategies and best practices related to talent management, succession planning, recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding technologies. This includes managing systems such as the ERP, ATS, CRM, and career portals to ensure efficient and effective processes.
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in creating strategic, insightful, and actionable reports, dashboards, and tools that support data-driven HR decision-making and drive process improvements across the division. Utilizes advanced report-writing and data analysis skills to extract, interpret, and present information in a clear, meaningful format, enabling informed decisions and contributing to enhanced organizational effectiveness
  • Delivers consultative support for People + Culture initiatives, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely data management and reporting throughout programs and projects
  • Develop process improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manages and regularly updates HR dashboards and standard reports in collaboration with IT and Analytics teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting efforts.
