Subsidiary OmniSource Overview HR Business Analyst Intern will work closely with the Human Resources team on items pertaining to technology and assisting with providing solutions for our teams to view and understand data. Responsibilities Design, development, and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards with key HR data and metrics. Collaborate with HR Team to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy. Assist with creation and maintaining SharePoint pages. Research trends to assist HR department Assist with HR Systems projects (ATS, Performance Vendor, etc.) Create, edit and audit creation of SOP's for software processes Assist with other HR Projects including the hiring process Other duties as assigned Qualifications Candidate should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program GPA of 2.75 or above Strong working knowledge with Power Bi Strong work ethic and attention for details Creative problem solving Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the summer Strong communication skills to successfully interact with employees and management Strong comprehension skills Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
