As a valued member of the Business Process Management (BPM) team reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis for Employment & Talent Applications, you will engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate their business needs into system solutions that achieve desired outcomes Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, leading workshops, modeling processes, identifying pain-points and improvement opportunities, eliciting business requirements, and assisting with testing and organizational change management. Stantec offers a flexible work environment with hybrid remote work from home options.  Your Key Responsibilities  * As a BA practitioner, you will engage project teams to: * Understand client needs and capture business decisions and requirements in a detailed manner. * Analyze business processes to identify pain-points, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. * Develop a solid understanding of the Oracle delivered business processes as part of the Hire to Retire lifecycle within Oracle Fusion HCM. * Conduct workshops to elicit business requirements. * Participate in refining system solutions and demonstrate system functions/features to business. * Facilitate and coordinate user acceptance testing. * Participate in testing activities such as test case creation, test execution, and issue resolution. * Support cross-functional programs and projects that may include IT, Dashboards and Reporting, Payroll, Finance, Project Accounting, and other areas as required. * As a BA practice proponent, you will: * Follow BPM practices and guidelines. * Work with colleagues to improve those practices and guidelines. * Assist with day-to-day operational issues. * Adhere to Stantec policies and practices.   At Stantec, we have some of the world’s leading professionals passionate about enabling our business to be its best. Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
