Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst with Workday to join our team in Stillwater, Minnesota, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will drive HR initiatives by leveraging Workday solutions to optimize recruiting operations and support organizational goals. Acting as a critical link between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, you will ensure system configurations align with strategic objectives and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday modules such as Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with external applications.
  • Analyze HR business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimized solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional system designs.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Develop advanced reports and dashboards within Workday to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Workday-related projects, including module implementations, process enhancements, and integrations.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR project management or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in Workday, including configuration, reporting, and module implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to manage people and collaborate across departments.
  • Experience analyzing business processes and translating them into system requirements.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining advanced reports and dashboards.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data integrity practices and adherence to regulatory standards
