Our client, a well established Engineering technology company, based in Dublin 22, is seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their team.
This is an important role within the team and the successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to line management on people related matters. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service within our business.

NB: MUST HAVE SOLID 5 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE SAME ORGANISATION !!!

Salary: €55K-€65K DOE
Location: Dublin 22

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience within the same organisation, very little movement on the Cv.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation, with experience in mainland European jurisdictions considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive personal data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to contribute positively to the HR team’s success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Alignment: Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that directly support and advance organizational goals.
  • People Processes Development: Provide expert guidance on best practices and collaborate with senior HR leaders to create, communicate, and implement innovative talent management and succession planning processes across the company.
  • Employee Relations Support: Offer advice and assistance to both managers and employees to address workplace concerns, ensuring that policies and procedures foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to attract top-tier talent while enhancing the organization’s employer brand to maintain a competitive edge in talent retention.
  • Learning and Development Initiatives: Assess training needs across business units at all levels and collaborate with partners to design and deliver effective L&D programs.
  • HR Project Leadership: Lead HR projects such as enhancing the Graduate Development Program or implementing a tailored key talent process. Define project scope, establish deliverables, and manage communications and rollout plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and provide cross-functional support in areas such as payroll and recruitment.
  • HR Analytics and Metrics: Analyse HR data and trends in partnership with the team to identify opportunities for enhancing employee engagement and overall workplace experience.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all company policies are up-to-date with the latest legislation and regulatory requirements, making revisions as necessary to maintain compliance.
