As HR Business Director, you're the architect of a new business unit and full Management Team member at Cosun Ingredients. Here, HR is business critical. As talent architect, you don't work with what exists – you build what's needed. You speak the language C-level understands workforce analytics that wake-up boardrooms, hard ROI on talent investments, data-driven workforce planning. You've seen how integrations fail and succeed. You roll up your sleeves to clean up existing routines, integrate fragmented processes, and raise standards where needed.
