Greccio Housing is a local nonprofit that exists to create stable, safe, and supportive affordable housing options for low-income individuals and families who work and live in the Pikes Peak region. Beyond providing affordable housing to lower their cost of living, we offer access to a variety of services, guidance, community events, educational workshops, and ongoing assistance that helps on their path toward self-sufficiency and financial independence. Through Greccio Commercial, we are also able to offer property management services.

TALENT MANAGEMENT & EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT

-Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including maintaining accurate job descriptions, posting openings, screening candidates, setting selection criteria, recommending candidates for interviews, and coordinating onboarding and benefits enrollment.

TALENT MANAGEMENT & EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT

-Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including maintaining accurate job descriptions, posting openings, screening candidates, setting selection criteria, recommending candidates for interviews, and coordinating onboarding and benefits enrollment.
-Coordinate the annual employee evaluation process in partnership with supervisors, ensuring compliance with timelines, standards, and proper recordkeeping.
-Develop and facilitate employee recognition programs, incentives, training opportunities, and team events in collaboration with department leads and the Executive Director.

EDUCATION

-Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
-Licensure or advanced certification in Human Resources (preferred)

EXPERIENCE

-2+ years of progressive experience in business/operations, systems management, and employee relations
-Demonstrated success in a business or operations environment with responsibility for effective systems management and employee relations
-5+ years of progressive advancement in business or nonprofit operations, including 3 years in a managerial role within a multi-departmental operation (preferred)

SKILLS

-Strong written and verbal communication abilities
-Proficiency in IT systems and tools; detailed knowledge of relevant operating systems, regulatory and contractual compliance, HR practices, internal financial controls, risk management, and team dynamics (preferred)
-Familiarity with Yardi IT software (preferred)
-Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
