Position Overview As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the business by partnering closely with leaders to address strategic challenges and drive organizational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering data-driven insights, strengthening leadership capability, and championing the organization’s values, culture, and HR service delivery model. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, people, and business impact. Main Responsibilities Partner closely with business leaders and employees to strengthen engagement, improve collaboration, and drive productivity and retention Provide strategic workforce insights by analyzing people trends and metrics, contributing to workforce and talent strategy Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, best practices, and cultural values Identify and consult on successors for key roles, supporting succession planning and talent continuity Build and strengthen leadership capabilities through coaching, development initiatives, and organizational effectiveness practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree – advantage 7–10 years of HR experience in a global organization Experience as HR Manager and HR Business Partner Background in industrial / manufacturing environments – preferred Experience in Business Operations, Organizational Development / Effectiveness, and/or Talent Management Proven people management experience Fluent English Analytical and strategic mindset Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Team player with high initiative and assertiveness Ability to work effectively under pressure Join us to make a meaningful impact on both people and business outcomes.
