Reporting to the Chief HR Officer the mission of the HR Business Partner - UK & US is to manage and enhance human resources functions in the UK and USA, ensuring legal compliance, running all aspects of personnel administration, participating in the preparation and validation of UK & US payrolls, aligning HR practices with company goals, and promoting a positive work environment

  1. Recruitment & Personnel Administration:
  • Actively participate in the recruitment processes for UK and USA.
  • Manage all aspects of personnel administration including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, employee records management, and exit processes.4
  • Perform review and update of employee information ‘master files’ and personnel files.
  • Set up and administer effective PTO (paid time off) and sick leave tracking tools in UK and US, and track all PTO of employees on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in the UK and USA.
  • Coordinate with the global HR team to implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  1. Participation in Payroll Processes:
  • Provide information that impacts payroll in UK and US to the relevant team that oversees payroll.
  1. HR Policies and Processes:
  • Perform analyses and research to inform decisions on HR policies and processes in the zone.
  • Work to develop and implement HR policies and processes for the target zone, including Staff Handbooks.
  • Actively participate in the rollout and application of such policies and processes.
  • Provide analysis and advice on HR matters within the UK & USA to the leadership team.
  • Support of recruitment processes, if needed.
  1. Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations issues in the UK and USA.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies. Conduct regular meetings with employees and management to address concerns and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and execute HR communication and training materials and initiatives. Co-ordinate with CHRO. 5. Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure its effectiveness in aligning employee performance with company goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues and employee development.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
