Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Department: Human Resources
Reports: To Head of HR
Location: Westlands, Dublin
We are seeking a proactive solution focused HR Business Partner to join our team. Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related matters. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to deliver people solutions, foster a positive work culture and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree/master’s in human resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of Irish/UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Confident decision maker with sound judgement in sensitive and complex situations
  • Understanding of business priorities and ability to align HR strategies accordingly
  • Drive for continuous learning and personal development
  • Experience using HRIS systems is advantageous
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on all HR queries, providing advice, guidance and direction.
  • Review, update, develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and business needs
  • Support and coach managers through employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and appeals
  • Lead and advise on absence management including long term sickness and statutory leave processes
  • Support the business with TUPE transfers and redundancy programs ensuring smooth transition and compliance
  • Play a lead role in organisation wide projects and culture/engagement initiatives
  • Partner with managers to identify key talent, assess training needs and ensure delivery of appropriate learning and development plans
  • Collaborate with managers on workforce planning and support recruitment including conducting interviews
