Responsibilities
  • Serve as the go-to HR partner for managers in Germany and assigned international markets, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development, ensuring alignment with our values and HR principles.
  • Support managers in navigating complex situations and delivering impactful employee conversations.
  • Own and lead strategic HR projects (e.g., employee wellbeing, performance review process, or similar) from design to implementation.
  • Partner with the broader international HRBP team (based in Lyon, Paris, and Milan) to exchange best practices and deliver cross-country initiatives.
  • Drive internal mobility initiatives, ensuring clear growth paths across teams within Agicap and facilitating fair, effective internal recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle and strong business alignment.
  • Actively contribute to fostering and engaged, high-performing, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer (also based in Berlin) on strategic projects.
