Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available to contribute alongside your current projects or employment? We are looking for top-tier HR professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems. What you’ll be doing We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to enhance large AI systems. Your role is hands-on and high impact. You will: Review and refine AI generated outputs on a variety of HR and people operations topics Evaluate responses for technical accuracy, HR best practices, and compliance with industry standards Draft realistic HR scenarios, including employee relations, talent management, organizational change, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) challenges Create variations of the same scenario from different roles, such as HR business partner, people manager, employee, or compliance lead Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI generated content Assess and improve AI reasoning around structured problem solving, edge cases, and application of HR theoretical concepts In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI generated content by ensuring it reflects the reality of HR business partnering practices and challenges. This is not a traditional HR role. Instead of working through individual employee issues, your expertise will guide how AI systems understand and reason about HR topics at scale. Your feedback will directly improve how AI performs for technical and non-technical users worldwide. Who this is for You are: An HR business partner, people leader, or HR professional with several years of hands-on experience Based in the EU or UK Experienced across the HR workflow: talent planning, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and compliance Comfortable identifying limitations in policy, process, employee experience, and legal/regulatory frameworks Familiar with current HR best practices, digital HR tools, and ethical or compliance standards Available 8 to 20 hours per week Able to start in the coming weeks This role is fully remote and flexible, ideal alongside your existing professional commitments.
