Within the D&IS ITALY HR organization, as HR Business Partner you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

  • Understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into HR actions
  • Serve as HR Business partner for assigned population in a multisite context
  • Manage HR processes within HR as required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations included ALSTOM EHS policy
  • Investigate employee relation matters and recommend appropriate actions
  • Actively coach managers in people management practices
  • Manage HR programs/practices to complement the achievement of long-term strategic business objectives
  • Provide support to managers in performance management and implement people development programs
  • Overall coordination of training plan for D&IS Italy
  • Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Specialist or HR Manager
  • Master’s degree in HR related field
  • Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Strong communication, teamworking and leadership skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Solid command of digital skills
    The resource will be based in Florence, with mobility between other italian sites (Bologna, Rome, Bari)
