Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your human resources expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You’ll contribute to the strategic development of our workforce and enhance our organizational capabilities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits), analyze and report HR information to support strategic planning, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering key HR initiatives across the employee life cycle, but also ensuring the smooth running of working parties to facilitate the delivery of HR policies and projects.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Delivering HR initiatives, including workforce planning and talent management
  • Enhancing employee relations and engagement
  • Performance management and reward strategies
  • Developing and implementing HR policies in line with legislation and best practices
  • Providing up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within HR
  • International exposure and dealing with employee representatives

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in HR management within a similar industry/environment
  • Knowledge of Danish and international labor, social, and employment legislation
  • Familiarity with matrix organization structures and resilience within them
  • A certification in HR would be beneficial
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Proven ability to influence and strong analytical skill
