Responsibilities
  • First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision and values as an organization
  • Use your bachelor’s degree in HR, SHRM or HRCI Certification, and 5+ years of experience in an HR focused role to collaborate with the Director of HR and other leadership team members to understand their business needs and developing HR strategies to support them. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Be relationship oriented to serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, separations, employee inquiries around policies, and work to keep employees informed of all policies, procedures and other HR initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and separations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the benefits administration processes, including enrollment, communication, and vendor management, to ensure employees receive comprehensive and competitive benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team on payroll administration to ensure accurate data, address payroll inquiries, and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations, processing new hire paperwork, and partnering with leadership and the training supervisor to coordinate training and development activities to support their integration into the organization.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and company leadership to support the recruitment process, develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, including succession planning, career development, and performance management processes.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture aligned with company values, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and encouraging employee engagement and morale by helping to plan and execute employee events and engagement activities.
  • Have an analytical and compliance mindset to analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement while also ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards through regular audits and process updates
