ABOUT THE ROLE

As HRBP for field you will work closely with Sales leaders and Area Managers to shape the people agenda across our clinic network. You will be out in the field, building strong relationships, solving real business challenges, and influencing change from the ground up.

You will have direct exposure to senior leadership, contribute strategic insights to the HR Director, and play a key role in driving performance, engagement, and growth. This role blends autonomy, visibility and development.
