REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in an HR role
  • Master’s degree
  • Fluent in English, German or Spanish is a plus
  • Understanding of HR processes and knowledge of labour law
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Managing Career Committees within End-Year and Mid-Year process for respective business area
  • Working with key talents and HiPo (High Potential) in building competencies, career planning and developing leadership skills
  • Coordinating the succession planning process, support organizational change and employee transfer processes
  • Support for managers in making development decisions based on the results of competence assessment
  • Compensation Management: oversee the annual salary review process, preparing recommendations on compensation
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: collaborate with the Directors to develop and execute workforce strategies
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization
  • Contribute to HR projects, including employee satisfaction surveys, training programs, and diversity initiatives
  • Provide support in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Drive change management initiatives to support organizational changes
  • Support talent acquisition processes: job postings, screening candidates and conducting interviews
