Job Summary The HRBP Associate supports the HR Business Partner in aligning HR practices with business objectives while actively promoting and strengthening the organisation’s culture and values. This role helps create a positive employee experience through effective HR operations, engagement initiatives, and cultural alignment Responsibilities: Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture Support employee engagement, internal communication, and culture-building initiatives Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives Manage and support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, and exits Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and reviews Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication Provide first-level HR support to managers and employees on policies and procedures Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements Organise and support training and development programs Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role Basic knowledge of HR policies and HR functions Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good command of English, both written and spoken Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the marketing tech or consulting industry.
