The HRBP is responsible to act as a coach, subject matter expert and consultant for all HR related matters within the organization they serve. 80% of employee HR services are delivered via their line manager, HRSS or workday. The HRBP'sjob is therefore • Be the subject matter expert of all cyclical and event based HR processes. • To ensure each people leader has the capability to manage and lead their people. • Ensure HRSS is able to support their organization according to agreed SLAs. • Support employees in using workday. The HRBP works with people leaders to support calendar based and ad-hoc employee life-cycle events by either acting as a project manager (responsible for the deliverables being met), coach (supporting the people leader to manage their people). • Project managers the hiring process for each recruitment to ensure we hire the right people • Project manager for induction process over the first 90 days • Quality personal development plans are in place for their direct reports. • Appropriate SMART goals are set and reviewed during the year that reflects strategic intent of the organization. • Project manager for the annual performance calibration process for the line managers they support. • Project manage TRSM process • Delivery against agreed milestones for Regional and Global projects. • Supports annual salary review & MIP process • Develop and implement agreed practices, processes, guidelines and principles to ensure a fair and consistent approach making line call judgments when needed • Supports communications activities as required. • Responsible for ensuring the environment is one where an employee would want to work in terms of culture and collaboration • Responsible to ensure line managers can effectively lead their people • Support line manager in any performance improvement process or disciplinary process. • Act as the project manager for the promotion process • Key escalation point for harassment, bullying, grievance etc. • Responsible to ensure people are paid correctly and employee data is correct.
