Description
Align HR strategies and solutions with business objectives of the assigned sector/departments. Represent assigned departments within the HR team and communicate HR-related challenges and initiatives. Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure effective delivery of HR services. Advise managers on workforce planning, recruitment needs, and participate in candidate selection and future role planning. Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training, coaching, and development initiatives. Support and guide managers in performance management, goal setting, KPI alignment, and performance review processes. Review and support compensation and benefits programs in coordination with the Compensation & Benefits unit. Implement succession planning and identify high-potential employees to build talent pipelines. Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure understanding and compliance with HR policies and updates. Act as an HR advisor on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures and HR analytics reporting. Monitor compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Review operational and control reports and take necessary actions in line with approved procedures. Ensure daily HR operations are executed according to policies and delegated authorities. Participate in crisis management and business continuity planning to minimize operational disruptions. University degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in Human Resources. Full proficiency in English (reading and writing). Deep knowledge of all HR systems and procedures. Full understanding of Jordanian Labor Law and its applications. Good knowledge of work policies and procedures, including updates (internal and external). Proficient in computer use and various HR systems. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills (with internal and external stakeholders). Persuasion and influencing skills. Strong planning and organizational abilities.
