HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Group HR Director, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic role within the company that focuses on aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders and managers to provide human resources support and solutions to improve business performance, whilst also driving employee engagement and development. The role involves providing expert guidance on HR practices, talent management, organisational development and workforce planning.
The HRBP’s play a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to business succeed through people management. This role will be responsible for a designated group of our brands.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. Property / Financial Services background desirable. Experienced in managing multi-sites.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (min CIPD level 5)
Travel: You will be required to travel to fulfil the requirements of the role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with all levels of the organisation.
Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Interpersonal: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and advise leaders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and contribute to the business strategy.
Adaptability: Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Leadership: Confidence in coaching and developing leaders and teams.
