Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Business Partner, will make a considerable contribution to the delivery of our mission by supporting the business in meeting its strategic objectives. The HR Business Partner is a key member of the HR Team and will be responsible for helping to drive the people agenda and employee engagement. The role holder will partner with the business and provide ongoing coaching & support to Managers in relation to people management issues and opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for a HR Business Partner who wants be part of a collaborative team and lead and participate in a broad range of HR projects and initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support HR Management on key operational and strategic HR projects and the development of the department
  • Proactively build strong working relationships with line managers and employees ensuring the delivery of an effective and professional end to end HR experience
  • Implement and champion annual HR programmes of work in areas of engagement, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, performance management, talent and workforce planning and HR data/ systems improvement
  • Manage complex employee relations cases form end-to-end ensuring up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation is applied and adhered to at all times
  • Coach and train line managers on providing feedback, having difficult conversations, employee development, addressing poor performance and all other aspects of people management
  • Carry out relevant meetings in accordance with employee relations policies
  • Analyse data and key performance indicators linking them to trends within the business to provide HR insights to management
  • Ensure policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated ensuring compliance
