  • Advising and supporting managers and associates on strategic and operational HR matters
  • Coordinating talent and performance management processes
  • Ensuring the smooth execution of HR standards, policies, and processes
  • Participating in the yearly succession planning process
  • Identifying and promoting talents within the organization
  • Conducting potential reviews based on comprehensive knowledge of individuals
  • Governing remuneration development by ensuring adherence to budgets and remuneration principles, as well as controlling and approving individual pay increases
  • Supporting and facilitating the organizational development of assigned departments
