Job Description
Are you a people-oriented and results-driven HR professional? Do you want to truly shape HR policy within an international beauty environment while contributing to growth and development? At B&S Beauty, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who thrives on collaboration, building, and making impact.

Responsibilities
  • Translate strategic HR data into action: You analyse results from employee engagement surveys, turnover rates and development needs, and turn them into concrete improvement initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: You design creative, tailored learning programmes for different teams, identify training needs with managers and ensure all initiatives support the strategic goals of the Beauty segment.
  • Recruitment & HR projects: You lead the recruitment and onboarding process and contribute to broader HR initiatives, such as job architecture and onboarding of international hires.
  • HR advice & guidance: You serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on topics like performance, well-being, onboarding and offboarding.
  • HR policies & projects: You translate HR policies into daily practice and contribute ideas for improving and implementing HR structures and processes.
