About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders on a major transformation programme. As the HR Business Partner for the Identity Services Acceleration Programme (ISAP), you'll bring strategic capability and business understanding to develop and implement workforce strategies that enable the programme to achieve its goals. What You will Do Partner with programme leaders to understand business strategy and workforce challenges Provide strategic HR advice on culture, leadership, capability and change Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with DIA's frameworks Lead and broker change management and organisational development initiatives Provide advice on operating model development and organisational design Monitor and ensure HR initiatives deliver on programme requirements What You will Bring Prior experience in strategic HR or OD roles in large, complex organisations Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational strategy Broad HR knowledge across strategy, employee relations, change management, OD and remuneration Success navigating complex, dynamic and ambiguous environments The Department of Internal Affairs – Te Tari Taiwhenua is committed to being a high performing organisation and a great place to work and provides opportunity for our people to experience genuine job satisfaction and contribute to making New Zealand better for New Zealanders.
