We are assisting a strong Singapore MNC Company that is in the technology advancement business with strong presence in Asia, Middle East and the Western region.
This role will be joining an established HR Team as an HR Business Partner to take on the lead strategy role across HR related strategic alignment.
Will lead and focus on stakeholder management of Business Unit Heads and Internal
Partners in providing direction, employee development and impact to create value-add and strengthen it’s employee values and relationship.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • At least 6 to 8 years working experience in HR as a strategy partner and working knowledge in HR operations such as (but not limited to) compensation & benefits, performance review, rewards programme, talent acquisition, training and organisational development.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology sector with over 400 headcount size.
  • Ability to communicate, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ambitious and can accommodate other work hours as may be necessary.Well versed in the Singapore Employment Act and all other local labour legislation.

Responsibilities
  • Will serve as the HR Business Lead providing strategic partnering and leadership advise to internal stakeholders relating to staff engagement and practices, local employment laws and HR policies.
  • The role will be the primary lead in HR relationship management, involve in Benefits and Contract Management, Payroll, Work Passes, Staff Reporting, Government Claims / Subsidises, Project roll-out (eg: HRIS, Salary / Company Policies).
  • Act as a key point of contact from stakeholders for all HR matters.Will also take on HR project initiatives that caters to process development, improvement and enhanced company-wide benefits and staff welfare.
