Join Celanese Business Solutions Budapest, as HR Business Partner Position Summary: Serving as a collaborative partner for the site specified function and the regional HR community Manage all HR related questions/problems/tasks for specified functions in BBSC Work closely with Site HR Manager and Service Center management to ensure seamless HR processes such as recruiting, talent management, onboarding/exiting, compensation and benefit, implementation of company policies Responsibilities YOU will be involved in the following tasks: Partner with site and/or functional leadership to determine key people priorities and deliver solutions to ensure the organization capability, structure and culture are in place to drive the achievement of business goals Provide expert, well-reasoned and flexible HR advice and ensure that all people activities and processes are managed in line with Celanese policy and local regulations and standards Coach and challenge Leaders to develop the organizational capability and resources required to enable delivery of business strategy; Provide coaching and feedback to ensure the development of their leadership capability. Support them in change management during business transformation Take accountability for the local implementation in the specified function(s) of high quality and robust HR disciplines such as recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, compensation review, talent management and people development Contribute to and lead as appropriate, local, country and regional HR projects Contact and consult with lawyer on legal matters Qualifications What YOU will bring to the team: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Active HR member of a dynamically growing company Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or complex HR Generalist role.
