We’re seeking for an experienced HR professional to drive our high-performance culture and align HR initiatives with business objectives. In this role, you’ll work closely with people managers to develop and implement local HR regulations and provide expert guidance on employee relations. You’ll contribute to global HR projects and policy development, while collaborating with our Global HR team. The ideal candidate possesses great advising skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law (specifically sickness procedures in the Netherlands) and has experience/affinity with working in a matrix organization.
