PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Other qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment
  • Strong knowledge of US benefits and compensation management, including planning, administering, managing, researching and designing of programs
  • Must understand employment regulations and be familiar with compliance programs
  • HRCI or SHRM Certification highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated Salary Grade Range: $70,300 - $101,300

    • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

Talent Management:

  • Partners with business leaders, delivering consistent advice, consultations, and coaching
  • Drive a robust talent plan for assigned business areas
  • Ensure that development and career planning are in place for key roles
  • Encourage people and culture practices that promote the retention of high potential and other key talent
  • Responsible for all employee relations in assigned business area
  • Advise business partners regarding organization capabilities and talent management
  • Influent leadership on critical organization and people-related opportunities to assist in achieving ownership of business priorities and objectives
  • Own and drive continuous improvement in HR programs including performance and development planning, and talent management and employee engagement
  • Drives improvement opportunities based on feedback from engagement surveys, stay and exit interviews, performance reviews, and other stakeholder information

HR Functional Leadership:

  • Provide coaching and mentoring for more junior level team members
  • Provide leadership and/or direct project accountability on assigned HR-specific projects or initiatives
  • Provide input and thought leadership towards the continuous improvement of the HR function

General HR Responsibilities:

  • Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify valid insights, and convert these insights into recommendations the business can use to make decisions
  • Facilitate new manager onboarding in partnership with the L&D manager and business leaders
  • Drives other departmental initiatives and provides support to the HR team
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and federal/state employment laws
