LOCATION: Dublin, GA The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia's Human Resources team is seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual to serve as our next HR Business Partner! The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to assigned departments, supporting leaders and employees across the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role is responsible for delivering HR services that align with organizational goals, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. The HRBP works closely with leadership to address workforce needs, resolve employee issues, and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness.    Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner: Talent Acquisition: * Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with departmental goals  * Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, recruitment marketing, candidate screening, interview facilitation, and offer processes  * Ensure equitable and compliant hiring practices  * Support workforce planning efforts by identifying trends in hiring needs  Onboarding & Offboarding: * Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization  * Coordinate orientation, documentation, and system access  * Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to inform retention strategies  * Ensure proper offboarding procedures including compliance and documentation  Employee Relations: * Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters within assigned business units * Investigate employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues  * Provide guidance to managers on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions  * Promote a positive and inclusive work environment  Performance Management & Coaching: * Support managers in performance management processes including evaluations, corrective actions, and development planning  * Provide coaching to supervisors on employee engagement and performance improvement  * Assist in implementing performance management frameworks  HR Compliance & Risk: * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws  * Maintain accurate employee records and documentation  * Support audits, reporting, and risk mitigation efforts  * Educating managers on HR policies and compliance expectations  Compensation & Classification Administration * Assist with compensation reviews, job classifications, and salary benchmarking  * Support internal equity analysis  * Ensure adherence to compensation policies  Leave Administration * Administer employee leave programs including FMLA and other leave policies  * Ensure proper documentation and compliance  * Serve as liaison between employees and management on leave-related matters  Benefits Administration * Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions  * Support open enrollment processes  * Coordinate with benefits providers as needed    Here are some of the things we require: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field * 3 – 5 years of experience in multiple HR functions/disciplines * Knowledge of employment law, policies, and compliance requirements * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations  * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion  * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment  * Valid Georgia Driver’s License  * Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others  * Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products  * Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly Here’s what would put you over the top: * Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or willingness to obtain * Familiarity working in Healthcare, Non-Profit or Quasi-governmental sectors Benefits of Working with CSB of Middle GA: As a member of our team, you will enjoy our total rewards package to help secure your financial future and preserve your health and well-being, including: * Medical, Dental & Vision Plan Options! * Generous Paid-Time Off Policy with Flexibility Companywide! * 401(k) Plan with Company Match! * Short- & Long-Term Disability Plans! * Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)!  * Paid Training Time! * Opportunities for Career Growth & Advancement! * So Much More!  At this time, CSB of Middle Georgia will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. ** Final pay rate will be dependent on a combination of qualifications such as experience and education. **
