As an HR Business Partner & Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will support the development, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs within the company. You will play a key role in planning and executing year-end processes, including bonus and performance evaluations, as well as in process incentive systems such as company pension plans. You will also serve as a competent point of contact for all HR-related matters within the business.

  • Support in the administration of bonus, performance, and benefits programs (e.g., health benefits, family care, retirement plans).
  • Advising and training managers and professionals on all HR-related topics.
  • Creating analyses and reports to support decision-making and optimize HR processes.
  • Close collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies.

What we value in you:

  • You work in a structured, independent, and precise manner
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an HR analyst or generalist role
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Workday is a plus
  • You are reliable, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
  • You have an interest in topics such as company pension plans, compensation and benefits, payroll tax, and social security law
