10-12 years of overall experience, with at least 4-5 years in HR Business Partnering roles supporting international markets. MBA from a Tier 1 business school preferred. Experience in finance services industry is an added advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and attention to detail. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
