About the role Reporting directly to the General Manager at Cruise Whitsundays, the Human Resource Business Partner will play a crucial role in crafting an exceptional and proactive employee experience that drives retention, development, and growth. This is not your traditional HR role, you will be visible and accessible to our team on vessels and pontoons and be able to demonstrate leadership to support and enable our people in their environments. Minimum three (3) years in a Human Resource Business Partner/ Manager role in a fast paced, people centric environment. Demonstrated experience in shaping key value adding projects, related to HR initiatives. People leadership experience in a high-performance environment with proven interpersonal and communication skills.
